Sorry for the delay in replying. If the second law of thermodynamics were the governing principle of the universe it would have remained the singularity it began as. If there was any order in the singularity (a matter of uncertain speculation), it would have disappeared. The history of the universe is one of evolution, the increase of order from chaos - negative entropy. Positive entropy is however a necessary element of the evolutionary process. There could be no evolution of life without death. The universe is the great recycler. The second law is important, but it must stay in its proper place in the total scheme of things.
If the second law of thermodynamics defined the dominating factor in cosmic evolution there would be no cosmos. The Singularity would have decayed instantly back into the quantum vacuum. The law of increasing entropy is also the driving force of cosmic evolution because, as the existence of the universe proves, uncaused energy events occur in the quantum vacuum. As the universe expands and cools (entropy) it also complexifies. The laws relating to this process are the subject of quantum theory, but they are not at this stage well understood.

"Nothing could be less like the universe as understood by twenty-first century physicists and cosmologists. They see the universe as a single living organism in which order, diversity and complexity have been increasing, and metabolic processes of renewal, change and growth have been happening from the beginning."

Please look up the second law of thermodynamics and stop spouting your stupid bullshit.

Also, why have the option to comment if you'll just delete them?
